Would you like to navigate your „own“ company?

Are you able to motivate your crew and have you proven this in the past as a Managing Director or Board Member?

As a subsidiary manager with BLUO, you will have the opportunity to become the Managing Director/CEO of one of BLUO’s portfolio companies and independently initiate and execute a turnaround of that company. In doing so you will be supported by the restructuring experts of BLUO, a team with 13 years of restructuring know-how. And of course this includes your being a shareholder of „your” company  - because this model has always been successful for us in the past!
